Does anyone remember a really old cartoon about a mice family that travels around the world?

I'm trying to remember the name of a certain cartoon I watched when I
was a kid.

It was about a family of mice that travels around the world. There's
this old man with a moustache that drives them around in a van and the
mother mouse and the father mouse and the son go around and meet other
families and other mice.

They've travelled to places like Spain and the Netherlands-that's all
I can remember lol

It was a simple film. I'm pretty sure it was for kids to learn about
history and other culture and stuff.

It's a pretty old movie, I'm sure probably late 80's to early 90's. It
was a cartoon and I'm trynig to remember teh name. :

FYI, I am NOT thinking of COUNTRY MOUSE AND CITY MOUSE.
I'm thinking of something different!
